When you contact K9 Walkers, a suitable time will be arranged to visit you and your pet. This first visit is free of charge and includes a 15 minute walk for your dog.
A Customer Information Form is then filled out to obtain information about your pet, the services you require and to answer any questions you may have.
If required, you should also have a house or gate key to leave with us.
